128.6lbs! dropped 1.6lbs this week. lost 0.7 inches off my waist and 0.5 inches off my hips :blush:

it seems, out of all the beach body programs, to be the best at cutting inches and giving that long lean-muscled dancer body that i'm aiming for. plus i'm soo inflexible. need to get that sorted! chalene imo is better in this than turbo fire, here she's more chilled out and calm which calms me down too :)

not oblique for me but my biceps, shoulders, and (omg) my forearms (!) are sore. keep in mind that my upper body strength is pretty much non existent. my legs did get a good stretch and i'm feeling it a bit on my quads :) actually everything felt like it had a good stretch. don't know how i'm going to do tomorrow because…

@muffintopminx i'm in the same position as you. have a bruised muscle on my right arm, messed up back, shoulders, neck from a car accident 5 years ago and my fractured tailbone didn't heal properly. Definitely modify. ill be doing that :) no sense getting injured x

hell yes. they trick your body into thinking your pregnant which increases your appetite and gives you more cravings. you can loose weight on it but it'll be difficult because I'm guessing your body doesn't want you to loose weight because it'll harm the 'baby'. i plateaued for months then after getting rid of my implant…

try liquid vitamin B drops. they're great. Give mate tea a try -it's a stimulant without the crash you get with caffeine. if getting up in the morning is hard try a body clock And if all else fails = zero calorie energy drinks x
