i've drank an entire bottle of baileys and ate maltasers's instead of eating proper food one day (it' was a yay exams are over i can get pished day). that was ... a long time ago. wasn't even a bad day. but the stomach ache i had the next day definitely made it so that it was the first and last time i ever did that.

i have hypothyroidism too. i believe that once your thyroid is regulated it's no longer an excuse. but unregulated - for me it was like trying to swim against a tsunami

its a beta blocker so it reduces blood pressure and heart rate. just means that you heart rate might not rise as fast as it needs to when you exercise. so gradual increase in exertion rather than like interval training. ex. biking up hill with less steep slope to give your heart enough time to catch up and beat faster etc…

oh hell just fake it. fake not being able to scoop your own ice cream and pretend your still physically weak. or just tell him that maybe he's not man enough for you and see if that gets the fire lit under his *kitten*. though the faking it would fit more into the whole step ford wife ideal your aiming for.

sweet jesus that was hard. omg i barely kept up. i love the feeling of like my body sculpting but this was past that it was burning. all the tricep pushups omg. my only problem is all the down dog stuff. she's not as descriptive as she needs to be when you can't look at the screen. i constantly had to break form to look up…

i didn't do define upper body on day 3 - life happened basically and i had to be with my family. on day 4 though (today) i did both upper body and sweat. defiantly going to thoroughly enjoy my rest day tomorrow.

I'm thankful for my bf who's always there to pick up the pieces when things fall apart on this fitness journey. he remind to take my thyroid pills, force me to do workouts when i don't want to, hides behind the kitchen door when he's eating something 'bad' or something high carb or whatever -basically something i can't eat…

128.6lbs! dropped 1.6lbs this week. lost 0.7 inches off my waist and 0.5 inches off my hips :blush:

started yesterday so far enjoying it! i have zero upper body strength and flexibility so excited to be able to work on that! :blush:

it seems, out of all the beach body programs, to be the best at cutting inches and giving that long lean-muscled dancer body that i'm aiming for. plus i'm soo inflexible. need to get that sorted! chalene imo is better in this than turbo fire, here she's more chilled out and calm which calms me down too :)
