  • Lately it has been 30 or 40g overnight oats w/ unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a ton of variations: coconut and banana, nutella, pb2 & banana, pumpkin spice & blueberries, cocoa and protein powder, etc. Before that, I was on a waffle or chocolate rice cake and chocolate pb2 with banana slices kick.
  • My favorite recipe: Roasted w/ Balsamic and Honey: https://www.onceuponachef.com/recipes/roasted-brussels-sprouts.html So easy and delicious.
  • Everyone has been there. I'm there tonight (2000+ calories over) and I've lost a lot of weight (200+ lbs.). You will trip up and you will get back up. Just don't give up and forgive yourself for any mistakes that you make on this long journey. Best thing to remember: Every day is a new day. You can and will do this! :)
  • Nature Valley Dark Chocolate Oat Crunchy Bars or whatever they're called...
  • I've lost around 200 lbs. and so much of my life hasn't changed that I thought would, but whatever. I was naive. However, I am still trying to lose and struggling at it as of late (damn vacations! and only around 20 lbs. to go!) What keeps me going, I guess, is looking to my future and for once in my adult life wanting to…
  • I usually just pre-log breakfast. I change my mind too often to bother with the rest.
  • Same, but especially the wonderful calorie bomb blueberry, double chocolate, or banana nut ones, lol.. :)
  • I would love to eat it every single day lol, but it just doesn't fill me up unless I eat like four slices for some reason, so I eat it about once a month with a huge salad or veggies.
  • I made a N.Y. Crumb cake and wow the calories in that thing are massive. Very hard to fit in a 1350 calorie allowance, lol.
  • I haven't had a plateau and I've lost around 200 lbs. with 30 lbs. to go over the past 2.5+ years. Any lack of losing for me has been solely my fault: logging lazily and holidays mostly. I do only seem to lose in whooshes though.
  • That is good know - I had no idea that it didn't have any bearing on the adjustment. Thank you! I will set it to lightly active and see what my adjustment is then. Thanks again!
  • When I started, I didn't eat my exercise calories back. But then I started almost fainting upon standing and my hair started falling out, so I decided that I did need those calories - at least half anyway. That is just my experience. I no longer have those problems.
  • Oh my, I know the feeling so well. I love, love, love baking, but I seriously don't have enough willpower any more and have really cut down in the past few months. It makes me sad. I tried to believe that somehow I can fit in this 500 cal. piece of Kentucky Butter Cake or only eat one nutella chocolate chip cookie (my…
  • My go-tos are: half a pb&j sandwich (made with 45 calorie bread, 1/2 serving of pb2 and 1/2 serving of jelly) with 7g of a flavored popcorn one scrambled egg and 45 calorie toast cheese stick and flavored popcorn broccoli and sugar snap peas with salad dressing or dip cottage cheese with a quarter to a half serving of good…
  • Riding a stationary bike is one of my main exercises and has been for the past two and a half years losing weight. I get around 500 cals burned an hour on my Fitbit charge 2 from it @ 5'2" and 157 lbs. - but I only eat half of that back. My bike says I go around 18-21 mph - not sure how true it is though - with numerous…
  • I love Vanini chocolate bars. I think that their dark chocolate Rosemary is the best chocolate bar that I've ever ate. Then again, I love everything Rosemary, but their other flavors are great too.
  • I have the Fitbit Charge 2 and I find it very inaccurate for the most part. It overestimates my calories by a lot. I tried just eating half of the extra calories that it gave me for a month and I actually gained weight, lol. It is also not very accurate with steps - I get steps from just putting on my clothes in morning.…
  • I eat sweets everyday and have lost almost 200 lbs. I just make sure they fit in my calorie allotment. I bake about once a week and make it fit in my calories. I don't want to live a life without sweets, lol.
  • Just about all of them but especially Caramelized Sweet Onion and Ranch.
  • I don't trust it too much. No possible way that I get an extra 800 calories for walking an hour and riding a stationery bike for 45 minutes, plus extra hundred+ calories for not being as sedentary as mfp thinks I am? I'm 5'2" and 160 lbs. I eat a third of my calories after midnight (night owl!) so I knew exactly what I had…
  • Sadly the one I tried was pretty greasy and reminded me of a thin version of the chicken patty from Jack N' the Box's chicken sandwich, lol. I'll always love that avocado ranch sauce though.
  • Those Taco Bell Cinnamon Crispas... I loved those things when I was little. Recently Stonewall Kitchen had a Pomegranate Grille Sauce that I loved so much with Chicken and veg and now I can't seem to find it anywhere. :(
  • I gave up with having it synced to MFP. It was just giving me too many extra calories. I wish it were different :( I want to be able to eat an extra 800 calories a day, lol!
  • I love every flavor I've tried, but I just can't afford it most of the time :(
  • I do this all the time. :( I use some of my exercise cals as a buffer and it hasn't hindered my weightloss yet, but closer to my goal it probably will and I've got to be a little bit more strict when logging it.
  • I love roasting the frozen California mix - a little olive oil spray, Montreal steak seasoning, a bit of freshly grated parmesan cheese and lemon juice tastes great to me. Oh, and I do like roasting frozen Brussels sprouts, and they do stay a bit soggy, but I don't really mind - I love them with balsamic and honey.
  • Never counted it in the 2.5 years I've been losing weight even though I probably should. Getting closer to my goal, I'm thinking I probably need to start counting it.
  • I love it and eat it everyday (mostly on rice cakes with bananas, on apples, or pb&j sandwich). I also like it on toast. I use it as a peanut butter replacement to save on calories and I do like the way it tastes. I can very rarely fit real peanut butter into my calories nowadays. A bit tricky sometimes to get the right…
  • I have this problem too. I've only had success with this by saving calories and then telling myself that I can eat a snack at a specific time every night, so I look forward to it.
  • I'm much less of a picky eater now than I was before losing all of this weight, but I cannot stand oatmeal. I've tried so very hard to like it. I do like it in sweets though, lol. Oh and pimento cheese. Hate it.
