I believe that 30 minutes of insanity would burn more, where did you get that number? In one of the 45 minutes videos I burn over 900 calories

Start light and work up to your normal weights. You might notice it feels better after the warm up. If the pain bother you during your work out then just use your best judgement whether to continue or call it off.

The insanity program includes over 60 minutes of HIIT, so I'm sure there's some people who do it.

You could lift with a wrist brace. I did that after I broke my wrist and it worked well for me.

In my opinion just keep it simple. Do knee push-ups every day until you can do one push up, then do one push-up and drop down to knee push-ups. You're most likely strong enough to do them your body just needs to learn the movement pattern. By doing that I went from 0 push-ups to 50 push-ups

I've been doing the insanity DVD which I think may play a role in my heart rate being lower plus losing 170 lbs probably has a role in that as well even though a I have a little more to lose. It hasn't seemed to effect how high I can get it though, while doing insanity I can reach 180-190 bpm

Just started month two. I didn't lose a single lb during month one then during the recovery week I lost 11 lbs all at once.

Sorry I didn't specify. I buy packs of chicken breast. When cooked they're usually all roughly about 10-12 oz. I marinate them in fat free Italian dressing but I measure that separately.

If you find that you can't stay away from it just have one day a week or one day a month where you just do it. Better than cutting it out and binging regularly.

In my opinion the sooner the better. I know when I first started it would have been too much for me to start tracking macros right off the bat because it was all new. Tracking macros will definitely speed up results and you'll have a better body composition once you lose weight.

Better gyms out there. I pay $29 a month and my gym has free weights squat racks and everything that PF doesn't have and it has a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, rock wall, massage beds, tanning booths and group fitness classes that come with the membership. Also have a smoothie bar with protein shakes

Stay hydrated and make sure to replenish electrolytes or else you will feel like death. Be mindful of you you're eating, some cheese has small amount of carbs or even bacon if you get the flavored kind so always check the nutritional information

The only way is if it's enough cardio to throw you into a deficit. Like if you're eating 500 above maintenance and he ends up burning 1000 calories from the martial arts training and cardio, then you're at a deficit of 500 plus he isn't lifting.

I preferred having a victory meal every 10 lbs, then you're earning it.
