Is there a way on here I can stop my exercise from automatically getting added to my daily calories?

Just because it's added doesn't mean you're required to eat them, it just means they're available if you want them.0

If you have a Fitbit or other activity tracker, you'd have to unsync them to prevent the calories from being added.
Keep in mind that the calorie goal MFP gives you is BEFORE exercise, so you are meant to eat those calories back. It's important to fuel your body

If you log it, change the calories to 0 or 1.0
