Weighing chicken breast
I’m wondering how I can accurately log my chicken breast after I’ve cooked it. I buy a weeks worth at a time and cook it all for my meal prep but I know the cooked weight is different than the raw weight.

Resting heart rate
Has anyone else notice a drop in their resting heart rate since picking up fitness? I've been doing a lot of cardio lately and Today my heart rate got down to 47 while sitting down. Should I worry about this?

Weighing food
How inaccurate is it to weigh cooked food? I know it's better to weigh it prior to cooking but for my chicken I usually bake a whole weeks worth and meal prep for the week.
