I’m wondering how I can accurately log my chicken breast after I’ve cooked it. I buy a weeks worth at a time and cook it all for my meal prep but I know the cooked weight is different than the raw weight.

I cook up several pounds of chicken breast at once, and then weigh it and portion it at 84 grams (3 oz) into ziploc snack bags. Then I freeze those. The entry I use has it at 138 calories for 3 oz.0

Cook it and look up entries such as "usda chicken breast, cooked, weight in grams". Tends to be most accurate.2
