I used to go to Culver's and get a quadruple cheddar butter burger, with extra cheddar and bacon. Plus 2 orders of fried cheese curds. With ranch. And then I would get a large hot fudge and peanut butter malt instead of a soda. And then eat it all in the car before I went home. Or I would get one if those giant hershey…

I'm going through the same thing. Just recently lost my dad, and it's very tough. He raised me. And I'm trying to use it as motivation. We used to do jiu-jitsu together as a child. And I want to get back into it to help myself heal, and feel more connected to him.

My sister and mom are the same way. They all say that low carb / keto is the only way to lose weight. And they claim you don't have to watch your calorie intake at all. And it's like why have you been eating that way for so long and you've gained weight.... super frustrating.

I like to add banana and a few mini chocolate chips in mine. Or peanut butter and banana. But for simple I like oatmeal cooked on the stove with a little half and half, a little butter, and a little brown sugar sprinkled on top.

I normal make a smoothie for lunch and or breakfast because it's easy and I find it filling. Mixed berries, mango, kale, avocado, whey protien powder, and a fiber powder. And water and ice.

You have to go into settings and disable negative calorie adjustments. So then it will not go negative. It will start adding in more calories when you reach a certain amount of steps.

For me personally, my ultimate goal is 135 lbs. But my starting weight was 330 lbs. So that's almost 200 lbs to lose. That's a very scary number. So I set 20 pound goals. But in the past I have had an eating disirder, and looking at that bug goal makes me want to go back to starving, dier pills, and laxatives.

What I've heard it's basically protein shakes, lean meat and non starchy veggies . My grandma and grandpa both did the plan and both lost over 100 pounds. So it does work and they lost that much in about 8 months.

I am currently 275 and wear a HHH cupsize. The smallest I have been was 160 and at that time my boobs were an F cupsize and that is still huge. So although I am loo king forward to losing some boob, I know that my breasts will never be small. So I guess I'll just have fat girl boobs no matter what!

I am using an app called itrackbites and it is exactly like the weight watchers app. Except no monthly fee. The app costs 2.99 on most app stores, and I love it. I have been doing great on this. I have lost 10 lbs my first month!

I have been using the Instagram app to keep track of what I eat. I've been doing it for a few weeks. It helps me to make better decisions because I don't want to let the people who follow me see me slip up!
