I saw some listed when searching the database. I also am wondering if it's ok to add. I know it is best to get nutrients from foods.

I missed a week, and am back. Hope to be more consistent. Day 6 - recumbent bike 20 minutes; treadmill 42 minutes (@ Anytime Fitness).

It's been snowing here since late afternoon. I had to take my garbage and recycling bins out to the curb, then decided I might as well do some shoveling. I didn't check the time, but am counting my shoveling as 30 minutes of exercise.

I like the idea of taking food with you, so you aren't so tempted to stop for treats. There are lots of good ideas here! I have found that if I have sweets in my house, that is what I want to eat. I'm doing better with choosing healthier foods at the grocery store. I do know that if I deprive myself, I will most likely go…
