    I'm in. I'm supposed to do physical therapy every day I'm not in a session and I just got cleared to resume upper body strength training. So this would be a good time to have to provide some accountability.

    Day 1 - COMPLETE! I got my total body cardio fix in, even after a lousy headache! I'm so excited to see everyone's updates for today! Keep up the great work!!

    Day 1 complete! 44 mins of strength training. Wanted to run but my legs are still sore from a brutal leg day yesterday. Great job everyone!!

    It's been snowing here since late afternoon. I had to take my garbage and recycling bins out to the curb, then decided I might as well do some shoveling. I didn't check the time, but am counting my shoveling as 30 minutes of exercise.

    Was able to ride the bike last night for 45 minutes hard, the longest and hardest I have gone so far this month! I think it helped joining a challenge and looking through pages and pages of peoples transformation pictures.

    I joined at the end of the day yesterday. Today, is have an appointment for aquatic pt at 8:30, plu im planning on going to an aquafit class at 7.

    I did 30 minutes of treadmill this morning at the gym, and 45 minutes of Surfilates this evening. I also got 22,500 steps in today!

    Hi I know I'm late to the party but I began the 30mins a day challenge yesterday. :) Feel welcome to friend me so we can challenge each other. I did 1 hour with my trainer yesterday. Mostly upper body strength training.

    I started this on day 1 with a walk in park for 30 mins, day 2 walked back from a lunch appointment for 30 mins and just done day 3 30mins walk in park before shopping! Didn't realise that people were adding their achievement here. Am walking for recovery after op and radiotherapy - feel free to add me as a friend .

    Day 2 (Tuesday) did workout #2 on the Everyday Woman total body workout DVD plus a little snow shoveling. Snow is starting to melt here so hopefully I'll have a sidewalk to walk on soon.
