    Day 2-30 minutes aerobics before work. Won't go to bed for over an hour and I am at 12,124 steps today.

    I did 30 minutes of treadmill this morning at the gym, and 45 minutes of Surfilates this evening. I also got 22,500 steps in today!

    Hi I know I'm late to the party but I began the 30mins a day challenge yesterday. :) Feel welcome to friend me so we can challenge each other. I did 1 hour with my trainer yesterday. Mostly upper body strength training.

    I started this on day 1 with a walk in park for 30 mins, day 2 walked back from a lunch appointment for 30 mins and just done day 3 30mins walk in park before shopping! Didn't realise that people were adding their achievement here. Am walking for recovery after op and radiotherapy - feel free to add me as a friend .

    Day 2 (Tuesday) did workout #2 on the Everyday Woman total body workout DVD plus a little snow shoveling. Snow is starting to melt here so hopefully I'll have a sidewalk to walk on soon.

    I'm jumping in here a little late, but boy do I need this challenge. I'll be walking at work - 15 minutes in the am and 15 in the pm. Also I'm doing the Fit in 10 exercises once a day. Just started on my 50 lb journey again!

    I definitely need this challenge. Montgomery County Maryland has a 100 mile challenge. Walk 1 mile a day for 100 days. That could b an idea for 30 minutes very easily. ...now if I can just do this. I'm in..... never did a challenge w anyone.
