    Missed yesterday! :'( But played almost 2 hours of pickleball today.

    Day 19 - 65 minutes on the Arc :)

    Day 19. 9.5 mi run
    Day 20. Nothing. See day 19. :)
    Day 21. 30 minute circuit training.

    I have been active and not logging it here! I can't remember everything I have have done since day 16, but it's mostly been A LOT of walking. This week I started using the elliptical at the gym along with free weights. I think tomorrow I will start Couch 2 5K, as I have been feeling the urge to RUN! So even though I haven't written it down, this challenge is really helping me with motivation and diversifying my workouts, which is a goal for me! YAY!

    Day 8- Treadmill 25 minutes + stationery recumbent bike 17 minutes.

    Day 20 - Arc Trainer for 45 minutes, and another hour or so of various strength machines

    Day 21- Arc Trainer for an hour :)

    Day 21 I rested, and 22 and 23-- I ran C25K for 30 minutes and walked to and from work 30 minutes each way!

    Day 22 was the Arc again for an hour+

    I don't know what happened to this thread. Aargh!

    Day 20 - did a 19 mile bike ride
    Day 21 - Zumba and Pt for an hour and a half
    Day 22 - Walked and scooter
    Day 23 - Pool rehab and a full body class - 2 hours
    Day 24 - Rain - probably walking and some pt if I find the time
