No amount of "supplements" will facilitate 10lbs in 5 weeks of muscle. If it's WEIGHT, you're talking about then no problems except the excessive fat gain you'll have.
-
Calorie surplus is all that's required.
-
You can't do both at the same time efficiently.
-
No one can guess what you gained! If you're not focusing on hypertrophy and in a calorie surplus then it's unlikely you have gained any appreciable muscle. Also 2 months is not a long enough period of time to see big results.

Deload week - Yes Recovery week - No
-
1 hour of proper weight lifting a week isn't going to be enough to progress and increase lean body mass. Could you swap out 2-3 of your boot camps for weight training?
-
It's better than doing absolutley nothing but won't give you any meaningful results.
-
- 1lb a week is too fast, even for a noob. - What you eat doesn't determine fat/muscle gain, calories do.
-
0.25-0.5lbs per month is probably realistic as a newbie.
-
Does your scale only weigh in whole pounds?
-
This is precisely what I meant. I absolutely love food but I also acknowledge what fuel my body needs and know that food provides that.
-
There's nothing rude there don't worry. Fat gains don't count unfortunately.
-
Yep this. You did not gain 0.5" on your arms in a matter of weeks. That's a solid year of gains for most people
-
When you think of food as fuel and macronutrients then you'll understand.
-
No one can answer that unfortunately. You will always lose some unless you take drugs but how much depends on diet, training and genetics.
-
It sounds like you're doing a cardio/circuit rather than focussing on progressive overload and stimulating hypertrophy. I would call it cardio personally.
-
What kind of weight lifting gets you at 90% MHR? Unless you're doing Crossfit/circuits or are incredibly unfit I don't see how that's possible.
-
4kg in 2 weeks is water or fat.
-
But now everyone here knows you're only 135lbs.......... I'm 235lbs but look 150
-
Keto is unecessary for weight loss. You need to create a calorie deficit.
-
Had a company trademarked "clean carbs". That is genius! I'm going to trademark "dirty carbs"
-
I'm sorry but you have not been 4%. A true 8% is extremely lean
-
Take drugs and lots of them and eat lots of food.
-
Peanut butter. Ice cream. Full fat sauces/dips/condiments.
-
Use casein and not whey. The heat affects it much less!
-
You probably won't die but it's not a good idea and certainly wouldn't be advised by any sane person on here.
-
Testosterone is great apparently................... Oh wait, wrong kind of juicing. Carry on!
-
Surgery is the only way to "remove" excess skin.
-
I agree with the above but would add that a woman could hope to gain 0.1-0.25lbs of muscle per week.
-
Enjoy your tendinitis and no gains.
