Sniff test here but usually 5 days at least. I should freeze but my freezer is full of chicken I should have thawed to make the chicken in the first place. What a quandarry!!! I find that the chicken actually tastes better over time. I guess the seasoning really gets into the meat...

Keep your sodium in check. Drink lots of water (so your body doesn't hold onto it). I also have heard that cucumber water can help with bloating. All it is is just water with cucumber slices in it. It's actually quite refreshing.

I eat a lot of protein, too. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. I think "too much" protein causes your kidneys to work more and "could" lead to kidney stones. Body Solid has one. I think it's less than 200 dollars. I have one. It's OK. I wish I had a more commercial version but it does the job. Check Craigslist. I bought a few really good pieces of equipment on the cheap.

I think this is my biggest issue as well. On weekends, I get to catch up on sleep and that's when most of good things happen (debloating, weight loss, muscle repair, etc.).
