Put on music. Dance about for 30 minutes like a crazy fool :D If you want something more structured... Are you entering each ingredient separately after you go into the recipe creator? If you find the values on the ingredients are wrong you will either need to edit them separately or create your own food THEN add them to the recipe.

I think given you have a past of eating disorder issues you should seek help from your doctor or a dietitian (or both) and get actual professional advice and monitoring and not go this alone. The healthy weight range for someone your height starts at 110 pounds, not 102.
