does anyone know how or if it is possible to synch the fitbit into mfp exercise ???

The way I do it is I log all my activity on my fitbit - if not step based. This gives me a total calorie burn for the day that syncs back to MFP - but the individual exercises don't sync back.
If you want a record on here you need to log the activity on here. If you put the times in it'll write over the calorie burn fitbit came up with for that time period.
I go with the first method as people generally believe MFP over estimates calorie burn and I find fitbit is generally less generous with it's amounts. It seems to have worked ok so far.0 -
