buy some "Dude Wipes" - they're pretty great for a whore-bath and they're flushable (Amazon). in regards to "should you"... hey, if it's not a strain on your budget, and it makes working out easier and more convenient... DO IT.

ditto to freezing and ditto to keeping a small amount in a plastic bin - then you have some on-hand if you don't want to worry about thawing. I do this w/ the "sandwich thins" which are essentially the same thing :smile:

They've done studies on animals with sugar and cocaine and the animals went for the sugar over the coke EVERY SINGLE TIME. So don't feel too bad.

i have a pair of skinny jeans that are just a tad too tight, but i like wearing them because they work like spanx and hold me in just enough to make me feel better about my thighs and eat less that day because eating much while wearing them makes me feel sick.

Pinterest has TONS of recipes for smoothies. Personally, I like to use frozen chopped spinach (convenient, already washed, keeps for quite a long time), Unsweetened Almond Milk and Chocolate Protein powder.
