I use spaghetti squash A LOT! I roast it for about 50 min @ 350 then shred it up. I am very upset myself :( I am very near the end of my Medifast/TSFL journey and I am at a loss. So many questions - I exercise 4 days a week ranging from 30-60 minutes with an average calorie burn of about 350-450 calories.
