It may seem impossible but keep trying! Make sure you aren't eating more than 1000 - 1200 calories a day and exercise at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week and you'll start to see all that hard work pay off, I promise!

Getting at least 30 minutes of cardio a day was what I aimed for mostly. I did this with Beach Body videos, elliptical, treadmills, stairclimbers, stationary bikes.
