Anyone doing Insanity Max 30???
If your answer is yes, OR you've already completed it, please add me! I'd love some friends who are doing or have done what I'm doing at the moment. The support and advice would mean the world to me. How correct is the MFP calories burned estimater?
Did 20 minutes of Turbo Fire and 15 on the treadmill this morning half walking and half running. MFP says I burned around 273 calories. How correct do you think this is?

I have 10 or so tattoos, mostly on my chest and fore arms. Which don't worry me... But I have a pretty big piece (Unfinished) on my upper arm. My concern is the change weight loss might have on it. Week 1 Day 1. Any dinner reccomendations out there? ;P
Today I did the Cardio DVD of T25 by Beachbody Then I did 22 minutes of both walking/jogging on the tredmill. Felt SO amazing to be at it again. I had a Jimmy Deans breakfast sandwhich for breakfast, a after work out drink by BeachBody, and a 4oz grilled steak for lunch. Dinner is to be determined. Any ideas??? ;P

Lost 25 pounds, gained 35 back, now I'm gonna loose it all again and keep it off!
