I ate marginally better today, and was 5 calories over my goal. Didn't exercise but I haven't taken a rest day in over a week so it doesn't bother me. On to tomorrow!

I can do distance on elliptical! I'll still roast y'all without walking distance. I'm good with a $5 entry!

I don't have a good way to track my steps, but I can do exercise minutes, distance, calories, staying in calorie goal, drinking water, etc.!

I'm here to lose weight again. I lost quite a bit and gained it all back! Don't want to do that again. Starting over 🤦 goal right now is to lose 20lbs by January 15, 40lbs by March 15. It's lofty but I got places to be lol

Overall I've also don't pretty bad. Not too many calories but just garbage food. Trying to have my best day today. Snacking also gets me.

I'm going to aim to eat more fruits and vegetables to keep me more full. Especially veggies for dinner.
