How'd everyone do this week?

Cards on the table I did bad. I've made better choices in like blocks of time, like a healthy lunch, or healthy breakfast, but when I look at each day as a whole it's not good. Snacking at night is a big issue for me. Gotta get out of that habit!

Overall I've also don't pretty bad. Not too many calories but just garbage food. Trying to have my best day today. Snacking also gets me.1

Did mealprep on new years day, for only three days, less protein than I normally do but I'm still getting plenty which is great. I fell asleep at my computer yesterday though, so I wasn't able to do laundry and don't have any clean gym clothes right now which kinda sucks.2
