chips and salsa...I LOVE hot food and I bake 4 small corn tortillas a day for my chips. When I know I'm going to be eating more carbs I'll skip it but I look forward to it every day.

Yes. My mind works on incentives. When I know I can eat back the calories I burn on my walk it's the INCENTIVE to do the full walk every day. I lost 60 pounds doing it this way.

Tough walking when the weather gets ugly, huh. I had thermal underwear with 2 layers under my jacket and still wished I had taken a scarf. The rechargeable hand warmer device I have is a godsend I have to say!
