  • Doing my normal workout, log everything and enjoy myself. I don't want to not log because I don'yt want to become a slave to calorie counting. Friday will be another day.
  • When I first started my program I lost 3 pounds each week for the first two weeks. I compleyely cut out soda and fastfood (a trend I've been able to keep up :smile: ). I'm now losing about a pound a week even though my goal is only a half a pound a week. So yeah, it's possible :smiley:

  • Thanks. Some days I guess I do eat them back but most days I don't. Looking at my diary, I seem to eat them back more on my C25K days rather than my walking/strength training days.

  • I'm not a vegetarian. I was keeping the meat down because of the sodium. I was concerned about the potassium because I'm never really close. I want to help my body as much as I can as I try to achieve my goal weight. Thanks for all of the suggestions.
  • A trick I use when I'm overwhelmed is to acknowledge each thought and then put in a box and then put tye box away (sometimes I even imagine burning it).
