Is it a fitbit or Iwatch? Also you are supposed to eat those because they are helping with your calorie deficit unless you are starving, which sometimes happens. But you need to calculate your BMR and calories needed to deduct and make a deficit that way to start with.

You need to be eating a well balanced diet. Also add in weight training along with walking which is great for you. I think you have more than 2% muscle mass. Try at 1200-1400 cals a day along with body weight or any type of weight training and walking is great cardio. Good luck

Some people have to have that number. Psychologically need that number. Whereas you are happier with pant size or how you feel.....other people need other things to assure themselves that they are where they want to be.

Starvation mode is a real thing. I have a history of an Ed and although now am overweight I eat less than 1000cals a day and my body is holding on to everything. If you really really want it take a small portion and put it away or throw it in the trash and go take a walk. Because if you deprive yourself you're likely to overindulge.
