45 minute peloton ride. 10 minute core and 20 minute arms/shoulders with free weights.

I'm a lousy runner. I've started and stopped too many times to count. Never made it passed 3 miles. Trying 5K runner app now for encouragement. On Week 3, but damn it if every step doesn't make me want to scream!

I am logging in my exercise and calories, and get excited when it responds with " you should weigh XXX in 5 weeks, but it hasn't happened.
