Hello Everyone. On day 6 of keto diet and feel like hell. Headache, irritable, nauseous, insomnia. Anyone else experience this when they started? How long will this last? NOT fun.

KETO
Since I am attempting KETO, I would like my food ratios on Fitness pal to reflect the KETO goals ( IE: fat 140 grams, Protein 80 grams and Carbs 20 grams). Does anyone know how to change the settings for this? Thanks

Intensity levels/zones carbs vs. fat burning
Met with a new trainer who instructed that I should keep my cardio workouts@ low level intensity zone so that a greater proportion of the calories I burn will come from fat not carbs. This seems a little counter-intuitive to me. I like to push my cardio sessions harder than that (above hr of 140). Does fat vs. carb matter?…

feeling a bit discouraged
My goal was to drop 10 pounds. Since January lost 5 through exercise and proper eating, but cannot seem to lose the remaining 5.

Heart rate during spinning
I have a 57 resting heartbeat, I'm 54 and petty physically active. I particularly enjoy taking spin class 3-4 days per week. I recently began wearing a HRM and I notice that my HR often goes into the 160 range. I have no medical issues. is this dangerous? Why does my HR elevate so high? Should I dial it back?
