Since I am attempting KETO, I would like my food ratios on Fitness pal to reflect the KETO goals ( IE: fat 140 grams, Protein 80 grams and Carbs 20 grams). Does anyone know how to change the settings for this? Thanks

You have to set macros by percentages in 5% increments (equaling 100%) unless you buy the Premium Membership.
You can get close enough, you may have to play with it a little, but I wouldn't pay for it.2 -

Ditto. I'm Keto and have mine set at 10% carbs, 60% fats, and 30% protein. The actual number of grams of each changes depending on my calorie goals for the day. My base goal is 1200, but I usually get another 400 through activity.2
