Hi ladies :-) I'm in here logging daily, and am also happy to be added to your friends list, I love being able to look at other people's diaries ( cause im nosey :-) ) I like to get food ideas from peoples diaries cause I tend to get stuck in a rut and eat the same thing all the time! I'm 45 and have 24 kilos to lose.

Lol, I could have been the one writing this, I'm exactly the same, I think it's because I'm less busy on the weekends so have more time to cook yummy things to eat or we go out for lunch or dinner on the weekends. During the week I'm always busy with work, family, gym etc so don't have as much time to think about food

i saute button mushrooms, fresh asparagus, courgette and a bit of red onion all cut into largish bite size pieces, season with salt and pepper. very yummy with a small baked potato with sour cream, chives and crispy cooked bacon bits, and a nice piece of steak. :-)

are the bar code scans just what someone like me has put into the database? sorry if its a dumb question because that would mean some of them may not be accurate?

i will give calorie king a go then, thanks :-) there is generally no calories given on our meat here, just the weight.
