Don't quit! Your skin will catch up just keep your hard work it pay off. It is virtually impossible to eat healthy and exercise stay fat (barring an underlying health issue). Congrats on loss, you may add some strength training for muscle maintenance helps not lose lean body mass along with the fat. Give two months, I…

Geesh people can be so hostile in these forums... anyways dinner is likely over by now but I do want to add my opinion. Don't allow something as foolish as a place to eat destroy a friendship. Even if it means eating somewhere you prefer not to eat. I'm positive there is something semi healthy and as others have said one…

People have different goals, some desire health and others weightloss only. What's sad is when people believe that weight loss=health. Just go with the flow maybe she'll ask your opinion, if not let it ride. Just my $0.02. :)

When you die one day and we all will your wife is not going to care how much weight you can bench at an incline she's going…

Either that or the uninformed. I am pushing 30 and believed whole heartedly in it. And it does give fast results but in my opinion it's because you have to border line starve yourself. Faster isn't always best and certainly not healthiest. A little bit of study on the subject of healthy fat loss would profit a whole lot.…

Yes it does work as far as losing lbs. I lost 41 lbs eating 1200 calories(I gained back 30 and am currently on my journey to be the healthy wife and mother that my family deserve. This time though NOT on a daily1200 calorie diet. I eat the recommended calories by mfp which is like a1350 and I do 30-40 minutes of moderate…

If it didn't exist 100 years ago it should be avoided on a daily basis. Organic is best but not always "doable" for everybody. You can indeed lose weight and yes even fat by only restricting calories however this does not necessarily make you "healthy". You're body is like a machine you can fuel it with nutritious foods or…
