In the last 5 years I have tossed clothes. I have a slim wardrobe because I interact with Professional on a daily basis. as soon as I do look silly. These will go and I will spend good money on nice fitting clothes. These will be donated to the local thrift and shelters.

While not meant as a fat burning exercise. The benefits are good. Depends on heart rate. Its all heart rate. Which "brand" of yoga will dictate heart rate as well. I hate Local IT people who screw their clients and then expect me to pick up their slack because they lack the knowledge (Or discipline) and experience how to set up and main a Network.
