Good Morning, this is what I do in the mornings, I make a yoplait frozen smoothie. You can find the pouches in the frozen foods. I found them in the isle with the ice cream and frozen berries. I am the same way...when I see my trainer by the time I am done with her I am soaked!!! I think that it is a good thing that my body is working hard.... I just remember to go home and take a shower afterwards!!!

My calories are set for 1400 each day. I have taken a spinning class before and pretty much worked at my own pace...I did most of the moves with the instructor and yes my butt did hurt after wards but it does get better.......

You are probably retaining some water...try to eat some whole foods..you might want to get the book from Jillian Michaels "Master Your Metabolism" It has really opened my eyes to alot of different things that I was doing wrong.....just an idea.... Wish you the best of luck on your training

I see a personal trainer and she told me that if I need a diet soda or even a regular one to drink my caffeine by 12 noon. Plus to drink at least 8oz of water for every soda that I have. I have been good and have just stuck to my water and can tell a big difference in my skin already.....Best of Luck:drinker:

Today was a salad with chicken cut up from last night's dinner, 2 saltine crackers, a small container of vanilla yogurt with a handful of blueberries in it. I will be praying you and the dogs, I have 3 cats and I would be totally lost if they got out. They are like my kids, even though I have two girls of my own, but my cats are my boys and i would be so upset if they were lost. I hope that they come back soon and that god watches out for them!!!!
