  • I weighed in today and lost 1.1 lbs and decreased body fat from 40.3% to 39.0%. I am pretty happy with that. This program really seems to be working. You all are inspiring as well. Have a good week!
  • It is amazing how short stage 1 workouts are but how effective they are. Almost complete with week 1

  • Okay I a extremely sore in my quads today from workout A Stage 1 yesterday. Maybe lifted a bit to much for the first time. Did anyone else experience soreness in legs after this workout?
  • Started NROL4W today. Good workout. Stage 1 Workout A, Plus added assisted pull ups and squat to overhead press, which was 65# and a PR. The workout seemed to fly by and short. Is it meant to be short?
  • weighed in today and lost 1.4 lbs., gained .5lbs lean mass and had 1.9lb loss od body fat. fat. My body fat % decreased from 41% to 40.3%. It's coming. You guys are all such inspiration to keep on track!

I like my workouts a bit longer with more cardio so I would do the planned T25 workout plus some cardio through out the week. Alpha really builds base for Beta. Beta is more fast paced.   • Goal is stick to Strength 3 times a week and make sure i give adequate rest days inbetween. I tend to over kill it a bit sometimes. Best results equal rest.

  • @zezelryck, Thank you. I am actually 36. Better to look young than old. Working out and eating better seems to help in that process.
  • Being able to fit back into, zip and button up my size 14 jeans again.
  • Could be your shoes. Maybe time to get new ones or try different ones? For me that is a since I need new shoes, even if they still look new. Could try arch or support in soles to see if that helps.
  • Spin shouldn't hurt your knees at all if you have bike aligned properly. Ask the instructor to help you get familiar with fitting the bike to your frame and height. This is key in my opinion. Helps so you're not over stressing knees, legs, hamstrings. I love spin!
  • I completed day one of week 1 in Aplha today. I was sweaty by time over but felt like I needed more. Glad to hear of your results skinny4me2be and faithnfitness I would love to help hold you accountable once you start next Monday. Maybe we can posy on here our weekly results for accountability?
