Muscle soreness

So I jog and walk almost every day. I took two weeks off to move and now ever since I got back to it my muscle in my lower left leg hurts SO badly after not even ten minutes. Could my one leg gotten that out of shape after just two weeks? And why only one leg in the same spot? It only happens when I walk brisk fully / jog, not when I'm walking throughout the day...

    Could be your shoes. Maybe time to get new ones or try different ones? For me that is a since I need new shoes, even if they still look new. Could try arch or support in soles to see if that helps.
