I think people started suggesting water only after the OP came out with reason after reason as to why the suggestions put forth, such a high-fat snacks or practising CICO, weren't compatible with her "needs". So if you've read the whole thread, you'd see that water is the only thing that does fit her requirements, and they…

Who are these people who claim to do so, and what are "junk carbs"?

Start watching a new TV series! Or... complete a jigsaw puzzle? Play with Legos (I find breaking things and putting them together again very therapeutic, hoho!), doodle, do some light exercises? And take some quiet time to focus on, and work on the most important thing: YOU! Good luck, OP! :)

It's not bad to weigh yourself daily to track fluctuations, aside from real weight loss. That way, you can understand how things like sodium and periods can affect your own body, individually.

Throughout my weight loss journey, I've tweaked my macros like a couple hundred times. High fat & moderate protein, proved to be the worst for me, because I was never full, and I experienced the most cravings then. I require carbs for satiety. Then again, I eat a lot of whole grain carbs, so I'm not sure if the sources as…

My resting rate has been consistently under 55, since losing weight in the past two years. I used to have a much higher heart rate, somewhere around 95+ when I was overweight. Not sure if this change is normal. I'm also going to get a full body checkup to ensure nothing's wrong with me. Good luck, OP! I hope all is well…

Somewhere between 20-24 hours daily. So either one huge meal a day, or eat all my calories within four hours.

That's gorgeous! Love the wrapper too. Every part of the decor is in sync.

I practise intermittent fasting (at least a 20:4) daily. It isn't a magic bullet for weight loss, and I'm not sure if there are any additional benefits in working out during the fasted state. But like many others, I practise IF, because it helps me stick to my allocated calories better. Planning one or two big meals a day…

:) Royce Potatochip Chocolate also comes in caramel, and cheese white chocolate varieties. Never tried the Lay's version, because I've never seen it in Singapore, but Royce produces the perfect chocolate to chip ratio. Thick layer of decadent, good quality chocolate, on a sturdy, crisp, crunchy salty chip, each and every…

Hit your macros, and your personal calorie intake daily. Drink enough water, so you don't confuse thirst for hunger. Fat isn't the devil, so ensure you get enough to ensure satiety. And learn how to eat everything in moderation. Cutting out certain foods completely so you won't be tempted to overeat isn't a sustainable,…

OP, it's good to hear that you've worked out something that you personally find sustainable in maintaining your ideal weight goals. However, CICO is not a gross oversimplification as you claim, because understanding and determining your personal calorie intake is the only thing that will make a difference in whatever…

I have both. It's good to have both kinds, even if you're particularly fond of one over the other, just to double check the accuracy of both. Also, if you ever run of out batteries for your digital scale when you're expecting your weigh-in soon, then a non-digital one will be your saviour. :)

Um, is that a serious question? Yes. It still has the same number of calories. It's like wilting spinach or cooking mushrooms. They'll shrink in size after cooking, because of moisture content, but calories will still stay the same.
