  • Right on Haley! Pictures are a must. Crazy how you'll think there aren't any changes - and then look at your "before" picture.

  • Alright, so this whole week I was knocked off my schedule with the flu. I've decided to redo the week I missed. I'll be behind some of you - but I'm there with ya! I have an especially difficult month coming up - buying a new house, moving personally as well as moving my business into a new shop/office... The new house has…
  • I came down with the flu this past weekend, and am just now getting back on my feet - WAAAAY off track, but it going to let it get me down! I'm going to hop back in this evening.

  • Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Many will not see scale losses, because they are gaining muscle at the same time. Inches and body fat percentage is a much better way to gauge results. Weight loss comes with time and isn't always consistent from day to day.

  • Nice thread Adam. Post when you've gotten back on track!
  • Haha just saw this Frank - this is awesome
  • Right on Adam and everyone! I've lost almost an inch on my waist - noticing my pants fitting a little better - whoohoo! Have been fighting some kind of bug these past couple days... got a day behind, but managed to get caught up today. Definitely starting to see the results a little in the mirror.

  • Right on Tiffany - way to commit. Beast mode!
  • Wow - reading all your challenges/positives is SUPER motivating for me, and I know to the rest of the group as well. Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences - BRING IT ON WEEK 2!!!!!!

  • Word. MY legs were already sore before I BEGAN. I'll sleep hard tonight...
  • Saw a cool quote today - "Pain is nothing compared to what it feels like to quit" Truth. I think I'll put that on my bathroom mirror.
  • @becca You smug cow! lol :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
  • I have very flat feet (think ZERO collapsed arches), and my arches have been my "achilles heel" the past 3 days. Everytime I have to stop and rest, it is because my arches have been KILLING me. Like, sore to the light touch killing me. All the jumping/turning/squatting is a big shock to my feet. My chiropractor recommended…
  • I like that one tapir, great tip.
  • No, it was a tough one! The speed was the toughest part for me... Don't worry, it might take 3 weeks before you feel like you are keeping up. Do your best and you WILL improve - trust me.
  • Great to have you Frank. Thanks for joining us - were all here to help eachother!
  • Hi Diana, great to have you join the group - we'll be counting on you to log in and keep track of your progress! I also had a high travel job at one point, and know the drill.... it can be tough. We will give all the support we can - you got this.
  • Hahaha well said Leah
  • Be sure to take your "before" photos and measurements if you haven't done so yet — you can't go back and do it later. Write these down! We will also be collectively tracking our group results (Total Inches & Pounds Lost) on the Progress Tracker. Don't forget to log in and share your commitment with the rest of the group!
  • Adam, yeah you can add Charts that dynamically update when data is placed. It looks like our numbers are increasing, so we have some names to update. If you can help me keep it tidy, organized and updated that would be awesome. Victoria great to have you in the group!
  • Adam, thanks for jumping in and taking some leadership! I just threw something quick and dirty together and figured I'd have a week to come up with something better. I really appreciate you stepping up and chipping in. Feel free to improve it in whatever way you see fit. If anyone else has cool ideas to make this group…
  • Right on Becky - way to commit!! Great to have you in the group Skinny, Adam & Kait.

  • Hi Ken and Leah - so awesome to have you guys/gals with us! Ken - I feel you with owning your own business, same here. Many would think owning your own business affords you more freedom and flexibility, which in some cases may be true, but I know your pain on STILL struggling to be consistent! It's hard to keep routines…
  • Marshmallows huh? Random!
  • Theres a group of fellow T25 warriors here starting the same day as you - you're welcome to join if you'd like. community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/100176-t25-warriors
  • It is because muscle weighs more than fat. As you lose fat, you will also gain muscle. The fact you are losing inches verifies you are on the right track - keep it up!!!! Many trainers find it is better to track results via inches lost and body fat % rather than the scale. Don't sweat it at all and stay consistent.
