Hi I've got the same goals

Hi I also braved the dreaded scale two weeks ago after avoiding for 3 years! I too am the biggest I've ever been. I'm using the numbers on that scale as my motivation not to quit this again! Hoping that motivation lasts!

Basically I'm trying to shed almost 6 stones. I've just joined a Curves gym and am feeling motivated. Looking to make female friend to cheer each other on
