I went to one of my favorite restaurants today and didn't overeat. I saved half of the meal for lunch. (They give large portions)

I'm not sure which method works for me. I have had a really hard time with binge eating lately and while I haven't gained too much weight back yet, I'm having a lot of stomach aches and issues with feeling tired. Right now I'm just trying to give myself an option to have more calories on some days but still have a limit so…

I was doing really good before it started getting colder, what worked for me before was to either chew sugar free gum or take a short walk instead of snacking when im feeling upset.

I have been binging on sugary snacks when I'm stressed or bored even though i know it's the wrong choice, I usually end up saying things to myself like I'll start over tomorrow or i just don't care right now and then I feel guilty later.

I'm wanting to take some small steps. It seems this time every year is the hardest for me. I just kind of give up during the cold months and let my emotions control me. My goal is stabilize my eating instead of binging, and then lose about 15 pounds. Here's to starting over!
