Yea. I agree with that. I like to use it for meal planning and then have a Fitbit with heart rate monitoring that I feel gives me more accurate calories burnt. Which does turn out to be lower than what they project for sure. So having said that, I then also find the recommended calorie intake to also be bit high as I do…
