I've recently changed my calorie in take from 1300 to 1200. I've noticed I stopped getting negative calories adjustment with my steps in for the day. I thought it was a tech error bit then remembered mfp spent recommend eating less than 1200 a day. Is that the reason it stopped doing the negative adjustment.
I came across this new app 8fit. They do an exercise program along with meal planning with the pro version.... Has anybody hard of or tried it?
I'm just wondering when putting in recipes how I can do it so that rather then guessing how many servings it is I can just input the weight of how much of that recipe I had.
Any MFP's from Vancouver island, bc????
Which way is best to log exercise? Should I log on MFP, or can I have my fitbit automatically do it for me?? If I want to have my fitbit make the exercise adjustment how do I get it to do that?
