Thanks so much everyone for all the help!! That's more calories than I've been getting so that makes me happy. AJ_G I tried a macro setting MFP hack before and it didn't work. Will try again though!

I'm 5'3", 150 lbs, female, 37 years old and am working out about 5-6 days a week cardio and weights. No medical conditions.

So right now I have it set at 40/30/30 (c/p/f). Is this a good place to start and modify from there?

Yes I did the first bracket and lost 6lbs but then my weight loss stalled until I started allowing myself more calories. Then it started dropping again. When I tracked what I was eating on MFP I was only taking in 1000 calories a day before workouts. And this was with me eating at the top of the food lists the and eating a…
