Cardio/strength split schedule?

I've been jumping around workout programs for a long time now and want to get serious and stick with a consistent program. Do I want to mix up cardio and weight training days (like 3 cardio and 3 strength and 1 rest day) or do more cardio if I have fat to lose? I have about 20lbs to lose. In the past I've done 3 cardio/3 strength but wasn't sure if I should be doing more cardio.
Thanks!!!
Thanks!!!

With 20 lbs to lose, sound like you have a good plan in place. It is a pretty balanced common program.
Eat at a small deficit, and do strength training so as not to lose muscle mass while in deficit. Cardio will burn a few extra calories but do not over-do it. Eating is the key to losing 20lbs, so take a balanced patient approach and you should do well.
I did pretty much exactly as you described (and have maintained for nearly 2 years)....with great success.

I really enjoy cardio, so I do 6 days a week, I strength train 3 days a week and have one total rest day. I agree your approach is balanced.0
