Smart watch calories burned or not?
Hi All, I just got a Garmin Vivoactive 3. It does calories burned, etc. for workouts and the whole day. I know these are all estimates. But Should I go by those calories for eating or go by the calories all the online calculators say and not eat back exercise calories? Thanks!!!

Quality protein shake suggestions
I'm looking for a good protein powder I can mix in and make a morning shake. I'd like it to be somewhat "clean" ingredients (no soy protein or sweetners) and nothing too pricey. All the ones I've heard others recommend like shakeology and isagenix are too pricey for me. Any suggestions??

In the past I've followed the 21 day fix eating plan which focuses on eating within a certain calorie brackett by eating a certain number of macros a day.
