I'm down another pound this week. I'm going to try to cut soda this week so hopefully more loss next week.

See a doctor and go with what they say. You can work your way back to where you were but be careful and listen to your body. I hope you feel better soon!

I get 100 calorie snack packs, popcorn, grapes, apples, beef jerky or bananas. I'll also make a smoothie when I can.

269.8 Down from 270 last week. It may be more but I forgot to weigh before eating this morning.

I don't keep sweets in the house, due to overdoing it but I will only allow myself one piece/ serving of what I want or make a smoothie. That way I get the sweet craving but also don't overeat.

I'm Sarah and I'm from Florida. I'm 5'5 and currently 273 with a goal of 160. I had lost 25 pounds but gained it back stress, depression and a bad diet due to living circumstances. I'm going to fight to better myself this year.
