Well I was 374 and now down to 299. The food part of it I got. Just lost in the gym. I used to have a trainer but no longer. I just need a plan of what to do in gym when I go. And change it out so it doesn't get boring. I guess like do this do that. I'm just wanting to lose weight and get fitter nothing crazy.

I'm still struggling with the smoothing understanding. If I change to zero it makes a line without drop down points so that's easy to read but it makes the trend weight be the same as the current weight. So, my question is what should the number be so I get an accurate trend projection? Sorry to be difficult just confused.…

Nope, everyone seems to be fitbit and apple watch fans around here. Plus they don't wanna share info even though it's not personal info. They are people on here trying to date and it seems ok but ask for a workout online partner oh heck no!!!

Use a food scale and also use nutritionix.com they have tons of restaurants and food chains with accurate info.

I don't even bother with the calories burned. I don't eat back the calories since the trackers are not very accurate. I consider the calories burned as cushion in the event I do go over.
