I'm looking for some good quotes to put up on my fridge and bulletin board to keep me motivated to work out and eat healthy. Thanks.

The one I live by:
"That we struggle does not diminish us, that we meet our struggles bravely is all the glory any of us will ever need."
And to a lesser extent:
"Beware the lollipop of mediocrity: lick once and you suck forever."
Well, it makes me laugh. =P6 -
I like it. Thank you Terytha.0

" Pain is weakness leaving the body " always a classic.

'You can't live a full life on an empty stomach.' (when my eating disorder thoughts crop up)2

"You cannot pour from an empty cup."
Means you cannot really help others if you are already spent...in other words, put on your air mask before attending to others.4 -
Only one...
"Screw motivation. Habit gets $#!÷ done!"8 -
“You’re a worthless loser and will fail at everything you do in life” -
I’m sure my high school guidance counselor meant well.

It's wrong though. Creme brulee tastes waaaaay better than losing some weight has felt. So does bacon.
Of course, its possible to have both.13 -

I know I'm screwing it up, but something about time, like, "The time is going to pass anyway, so you might as well use it."
Basically, the time is going to go by so you can either make it count or look back at this moment and realize you didn't.2 -
discipline equals freedom4

@smoofinator I think this is the one you wanted: Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it, time will pass anyway.8

Yes! Thanks! That's it. That concept really stuck with me.1 -

It is not a quote, just something I think about. If at xx years old I could go back 5/10 years and give myself advice what would it be? If I am not following that advice now I really have learnt nothing!
If you want a quote take Einstein's definition of insanity "Doing exactly the same thing and expecting dramatically different results". If you genuinely want to lose weight you have to change.4 -
Me to me: just get off your a** and do it!!0

Act as if it were impossible to fail and it shall be.
Bacon is impossible to resist 😀 as well as rum raisin pie 😀😀!0 -
Do something today, that your future self will thank you for.3

My go-to quotes are (sadly I don't know who said them originally):
1. Be afraid. And then do it anyway.
2. It's the little victories that keep you going.2
