  • rest days for me are "active recovery" days ... so I'll do cardio for fun, ie run 7-10km with out looking at the watch, just cruise along beathing nice and enjoying the view ... or go cruise around on the bike for an hour on the trails .. dont push hard, just ride for enjoyment

  • just eat less .... it really can be that simple my wife and child are smaller than me ... they weigh less than me .... they eat less than me .... we all eat the same meal though,
  • my hip mobility has improved a lot through yoga ... but its been slow. I have been doing it for over a year twice a week. If you can work in a routine where you do hip work every day ... ie get up in the morning and do a 15 min flow before you step in the shower I think this would work wonders in a lot less time

  • you are not losing weight, because you are eating too much ... PERIOD whether its carbs, fat or protein is irrelevant to your actual size. In order to lose fat you need to consistantly eat less calories than your body requires to maintain its current weight. Keto will only work for you, IF by heavily restricting all carbs…

  • you couldnt really ask for "long term success" if it was the latest fad could you ? .... the diet has to have been around for a few years in order for the data to be accurate to whether is successful or not ;)
