What are some good Pure Protein flavors?

When I couldn't even bring myself to post my own engagement pictures because I looked so horrible in them. I decided that I wanted to be proud of my wedding photos. Here I am, 6 weeks out from my wedding and only 10 lbs from my goal weight :)

Nice! I'm in Belton!

Depending on the burn, I eat some of my exercise calories back. I have not eaten over 1600 calories in a single day since May...
-
I wear an Apple Watch that tells me my daily calorie burn based on my heart rate. Only 350-600 of that is "Active/Exercise" calorie burn.
-
I do use a food scale and weigh everything that's not prepackaged. I am very close to my goal (10 lbs -12 lbs out).I don't feel like this is my maintenance when I am burning 1900-2100 calories a day.
-
Been at my calories for 15 weeks. Been in a plateau for about 3 weeks. I will lose 1lb, gain 1lb.
-
I would like to lose around 10-12 more lbs.
-
I will add my stats to see if this helps. I am 5'5". I started this journey at 161 lbs and am currently at 129 lbs. I have done 1300 calories this whole time. I do exercise 3-4x a week. I wear an Apple Watch that shows my average steps a day is around 12k. My average calorie burn is 1925 (active calorie average is 416).

Calorie intake sounds about right.

Around 2-3 lbs for me. I try to be extra careful with my food during that time because I get so discouraged by the scale. It's usually gone by a week after my TOM

I have been eating 1300-1600 calories a day, working out 4x/week, walking 10k+ steps a day and drinking plenty of water. I don't feel hungry too often. I thought I was doing okay...I weighed 117 before baby, so that's my end goal.

My opinion is that you are eating too little. I started out doing 1200-1300 and hit a plateau after 15 or so pounds lost. I live a pretty active lifestyle. I am 24, am 5'5" and now weigh 135 lbs. I started losing again (1 lb a week) when I took my calorie intake up to 1500 daily. At your size, I suggest that you eat…

I'll add that I'm 24 years old and live a moderately active lifestyle.

I think that 6lbs of my loss was water because that's what I lost in the first week...
-
I'm currently 139 (down from 161) and aiming for 118.

I think I have been logging accurately. I always try to stay well below on carbs/sugar/fat, but have been troubled with going over on sodium. The first week, I lost 6 lbs, the second week I lost 2, the 3rd week I lost 1, the 4th week I lost 4, last week I lost 8 in one week, that's when I got concerned. I didn't do…

The math doesn't make sense to me either, which is why I created this post. I'm not lying about my loss, it's a genuine question that I needed advice for because I was surprised to see the scale dropping so fast. I wasn't looking for any hate or criticism. Isn't this supposed to be a place I can come for help without being…

Technically 5 weeks, as I just started my 6th week yesterday, but MFP set me to 1200 calories and people from the community have reccomended eating back half of exercise calories. My exercises are only burning around 400 calories...

I agree with everyone above that you're drinking too much. I noticed my swelling went down and so did my tummy/yoyo-ing +1/-1 lb constantly went away whenever I reduced my water intake from 1 gallon to 5-6 bottle of water a day.
-
I'm more of a Peter Pan gal....in general I'm a peanut butter addict, but I only allow one serving a day. I've tried the more "natural" versions, but they just aren't near as good...
-
You look great!
-
How's your sodium intake? I faithfully log and workout (I've lost 21 total in the last 5 weeks) but if I ever go over my sodium, I will see the scale jump 1-2lbs from water retention.
-
I'm on 1300 and depending on how hard I worked then I will eat back half of my calories. I never eat them all back. I think on my highest intake days I've eaten around 1600. I'm at a 21 lb loss @ 5 weeks in (157 to 136, goal of 118 by October 1st) I'm 5'5".

Thank you all! This makes me feel better!

First of all, I will say great job on your original loss, but even more of a congratulations for realizing your downward spiral before it got too out of hand. I know your pain. I am also 5'5" and the first time I joined MFP in 2011 I went from 134 to 118 in 3 months and maintained that +10/-10 for 3 years. Since 2014 I…
