Check out hungrygirl.com I get alot of my dinner ideas from there. My typical breakfast is peanut butter on a tortilla. Morning snack of greek yogurt. Lunch is usually a sandwich or healthy frozen meal. Dinner is a 500 cal or less recipe from that site or other ideas. If I dont feel like cooking, I'll pick up a grilled…

I'd love to have more friends to check in with daily. I'm 7 lbs into my 30 lb weight loss. I do weight lifting, circuit training with a PT & cardio on my own daily. I track my calorie deficits and calorie burn daily. I faithfully log my food with a public diary :)(

One of my favorites is 2 tbsp. of peanut butter on a burrito sized, low fat tortilla. Packs a lot of protein which keeps me full longer and really satisfies my sweet tooth :)

I suffer from this as well, and I honestly think it's just a mind game, at least that's what I tell myself. I always keep fruits or vegetables on me to help curb my cravings.

I definitely get this! For the week leading up to TOM, I crave sweets and carbs like nobody's business. I get extra tired as well. I'm also a "white knuckle" type person because if I give in, it's harder for me to get back on track and I get so guilty. Do what works for you though.

Don't be discouraged! That can happen as Wendy stated above about fluctuations. I had that day yesterday. I have been very good about staying under my calorie goal and exercise but had maintained my weight for 5 days. Don't let it ruin your motivation!

Thank you guys. I have lost 9 lbs so far from 152 to 143 (5'5" tall) in 2 weeks time, but was just disappointed to see that I haven't lost any since Sunday since I feel like I'm starving most of the time. I'm doing a 1300 cal daily intake. I appreciate the positive feedback. I'm not going to lose motivation. I've got 18…

Trust me, I've tried many things and nothing really works IMO. The only supplement that I've found useful in my situation is Acai Berry. I take one every morning for the nutrients and energy boost since I have kicked morning caffeine drinks. The thing I like the most about it is, it keeps me regular.

For that weight, that is not an unheard of loss. Congratulations! It seems as if your hard work is paying off. As long as you feel good, keep doing what you're doing :)

Thank you everyone!

I have been doing the same, I've been considering only half, but if it's pretty accurate, I'd love the extra calories lol
