But you know weight fluctuates quite a bit from day to day. If your goal is set at the right number and you're hitting it, it's more important what happens over a week than what happens overnight. Overnight can be water, poop schedule, all kinds of things that don't matter in the long run.0

I've gain today too
I even went bathroom prior and made sure I weighed myself at the same time of day. I've been eating healthy and working out. I blame it on my aunt flow trying to make an early appearance

Don't be discouraged! That can happen as Wendy stated above about fluctuations. I had that day yesterday. I have been very good about staying under my calorie goal and exercise but had maintained my weight for 5 days. Don't let it ruin your motivation!0

Weight loss in NOT linear. You can do something one week and have a great loss and do EXACTLY the same thing next week and gain. Fluctuation is normal. Also if you've just started and just added exercise, it's NOT uncommon to add weight the first couple or so weeks because the body is adjusting by holding extra water to repair muscle as well as store extra glycogen for assumed exercise.

Low carb is NOT the best path even for weight loss, it's too short term of a solution. Always keep this in mind, the faster results you see the faster you will see them leave. Slower improvement is always more lasting improvement unfortunately0

I would suggest not weighing your self more than once per week, and even then you have to be aware of fluctuations.
If you are sure you're logging everything right, you might reconsider your diet.
Are you eating low carb because of medical issues? Because maybe it's just not for you.0 -
Could easily be water retention from salt intake, even from foods we are eating, don't get discouraged...
And also gaining muscle from working out. A degree of weight fluctuations are normal but frustrating especially if we weigh everyday!0
